  1. No Returns Policy
    • As our products are consumable organic food items, we do not accept returns once the package is delivered.
  2. Special Cases for Returns or Refunds
    • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
    • The wrong product is delivered.
    • The product is expired.
    • Returns or refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
    • To raise a request, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
    • The return will be processed within 2-3 working days.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
