- As our products are consumable organic food items, we do not accept returns once the package is delivered.

Special Cases for Returns or Refunds
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong product is delivered.
- The product is expired.
- Returns or refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- To raise a request, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
- The return will be processed within 2-3 working days.
